E' interessante vedere come le cose cambiano guardandole da lontano :
- la BCE potrebbe aumentare il QE nel futuro
- la bocciatura della riforma sarebbe positiva perché impedirebbe ad un partito avventurista di avere un completo potere sull'Italia
- la Francia sarà l'osservato speciale
