Si scopre che il Garante , il 24 novembre , aveva avvertito i sindacati che lo sciopero di oggi sarebbe stato fuori legge .
Ma il sindacato ha fatto orecchie da mercante , poi ha protestato che sarebbe stato leso un diritto , ed infine ha scioperato.
La garanzia del rispetto delle leggi non è un dovere del Governo ?
